عملت ثماني سنوات في مجال الشحن، مسؤولًا عن العملاء في أكثر من شركة، ومترجمًا ووسيطًا بين التجار والموردين. خلال هذه السنوات عملت مع رواد أعمال وأصحاب مشاريع كثيرين، وساعدت مشاريع ناشئة على الانطلاق، منها من بدأ ببيع بسيط عبر الإنترنت وأصبح اليوم صاحب متجر.
وكنت أرى السؤال نفسه يتكرر: الجميع يريد منتجات الجملة من مصانع تركيا، لأنها بلد مُصدِّر بأسعار مناسبة وتنوّع كبير. لكن الطريق صعب على من هو خارجها: حاجز اللغة، وعدم معرفة السوق، وصعوبة الثقة بمورد لم تره، والخوف من ألّا تصل البضاعة كما تخيّلها صاحبها، في جودتها وسعرها وموعد وصولها.
لهذا أسست TurkLink: لأكون هنا، في قلب السوق، عينك التي ترى بها وشريكك في العمل.

I spent eight years in shipping, managing clients at several companies and working as a translator and intermediary between traders and suppliers. Along the way I worked with many entrepreneurs and business owners, and helped startups get off the ground, including some who began selling online and now run their own stores.
I kept hearing the same request: everyone wanted wholesale products straight from Turkish factories, because Türkiye is a major exporter with fair prices and endless variety. But for anyone outside the country, the road is hard: the language barrier, not knowing the market, trusting a supplier you've never met, and the fear that the goods won't arrive as imagined, in quality, price or timing.
That's why I started TurkLink: to be here, at the heart of the market, as your eyes and your business partner.
